Do you work with small businesses and startups?
Yes. Most of our clients are owner-managed businesses, from newly registered companies to established contractors. We scale the service to what you need now.
I am behind on SARS submissions. Can you help?
Yes. We bring outstanding returns up to date, deal with SARS on your behalf, and set up a routine so it does not happen again. The sooner we start, the more penalties can usually be limited.
Do you handle legal matters yourselves?
We handle company secretarial work, contract-related matters, letters of demand and CCMA dispute support directly. Anything that requires an admitted attorney, such as litigation, is done with our partner law firms while you keep us as your single point of contact.
Can you provide staff for a project or a busy period?
Yes. We provide outsourced or temporary professionals across finance, tax, legal, company secretarial, compliance, project management and business analysis, for as long as you need them.
We want to use AI but do not know where to start. Can you help?
Yes. We start with an AI readiness assessment, find the tasks where AI will genuinely help, then implement practical tools and train your team to use them.
How are your fees structured?
Ongoing work is billed as a fixed monthly retainer. Once-off work, like annual statements or a CIPC change, is quoted upfront. You receive the fee in writing after the discovery session, before we start.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. We work with clients across South Africa online, with secure document sharing. In-person meetings are available by arrangement.
